Chilean Mandarin Toast With Avocado

Ingredients
- 2 slices of toast
- 1 avocado, peeled and mashed
- juice of ½ half lemon
- 2 Chilean mandarins
- 1 radish, sliced into matchstick-sized pieces
- fresh cilantro leaves
- flaky sea salt + ground black pepper and/or chili powder
Directions
Slather toasts with mashed avocado. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the avocado. Layer mandarin segments and radish sticks onto the avocado. Top with torn fresh herbs, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper or a smidge of chili powder.
