Ingredients
These kiwifruit flowers are as easy as slice, roll, and wow. Use them to top cakes, parfaits, smoothie bowls, or even savory dishes for a floral finish that’s almost too pretty to eat.
- 1–2 ripe but firm Chilean kiwifruit
Directions
- Slice each kiwifruit in half lengthwise.
- Lay each half flat-side down, then slice thinly.
- Gently fan out the slices into a long line, slightly overlapping each piece.
- Starting at one end, roll the line inward to create a spiral.
- Set the rolled kiwi upright and voilà, a kiwifruit flower!
