Ingredients

No need to make meringue from scratch to impress your guests. These store-bought pavlova nests get a glow-up with whipped cream swirled with tangy kiwifruit purée and a generous pile of fresh fruit on top. Light, airy, and totally crowd-pleasing.

  • 3 tbsp kiwifruit purée
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Store-bought mini pavlova nests
  • 2–3 Chilean kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
  • Optional: blueberries or mint for garnish

Directions

  1. Gently fold kiwifruit purée into whipped cream until just combined.
  2. Spoon the whipped cream into each pavlova nest.
  3. Top with chopped kiwifruit and optional blueberries or mint.
  4. Serve immediately so the meringue stays crisp!
