Mini Kiwifruit Pavlovas

Ingredients
No need to make meringue from scratch to impress your guests. These store-bought pavlova nests get a glow-up with whipped cream swirled with tangy kiwifruit purée and a generous pile of fresh fruit on top. Light, airy, and totally crowd-pleasing.

- 3 tbsp kiwifruit purée
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Store-bought mini pavlova nests
- 2–3 Chilean kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
- Optional: blueberries or mint for garnish
Directions
- Gently fold kiwifruit purée into whipped cream until just combined.
- Spoon the whipped cream into each pavlova nest.
- Top with chopped kiwifruit and optional blueberries or mint.
- Serve immediately so the meringue stays crisp!
