Asian Inspired Fusion Noodles (Ramen)
Ingredients
A fusion of flavors, this dish combines tender ramen noodles with crisp vegetables, Chilean grilled nectarines, and a savory miso chili sauce. The perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and umami in every bite.
1 serving of ramen noodles*, cooked
¼ cup red cabbage, grated
¼ cup carrot, peeled and grated
½ yellow Chilean nectarine, sliced and grilled
½ white Chilean nectarine, cut into thin matchsticks
Miso chili sauce, to taste
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Directions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Mix the noodles with the grated red cabbage, grated carrot, white nectarine matchsticks, and sliced grilled yellow nectarine.
- Drizzle miso chili sauce over the ingredients.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve and enjoy this flavorful fusion of textures and tastes!
Notes:
*You can substitute the ramen noodles with rice noodles or egg noodles to suit your preference.

To make your own Miso Chili Sauce, stir to combine:
1 tablespoon chili miso paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon honey
