Ingredients

Fresh and rich come together in this elegant pizza, where juicy Chilean white nectarines pair perfectly with prosciutto and creamy buffalo mozzarella. A gourmet bite in every slice!

1 Store-bought ready-to-go pizza base

2/3 cup Tomato pizza sauce

1 ball Buffalo mozzarella, sliced

4-6 slices Prosciutto, cut into thin strips

1 Chilean white nectarine, thinly sliced

1 tsp dried thyme

Finish by drizzling with Balsamic glaze

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Evenly spread tomato pizza sauce over the base.
  3. Add pieces of buffalo mozzarella.
  4. Continue topping with pieces of prosciutto.
  5. Follow with thinly sliced white nectarine.
  6. Finally sprinkle with dried thyme.
  7. Bake at 425°F for 8-12 minutes (will vary from appliance to appliance) or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Finish off with a drizzle of balsamic glaze for a tangy twist!
