Fresh and rich come together in this elegant pizza, where juicy Chilean white nectarines pair perfectly with prosciutto and creamy buffalo mozzarella. A gourmet bite in every slice!
1 Store-bought ready-to-go pizza base
2/3 cup Tomato pizza sauce
1 ball Buffalo mozzarella, sliced
4-6 slices Prosciutto, cut into thin strips
1 Chilean white nectarine, thinly sliced
1 tsp dried thyme
Finish by drizzling with Balsamic glaze
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Evenly spread tomato pizza sauce over the base.
- Add pieces of buffalo mozzarella.
- Continue topping with pieces of prosciutto.
- Follow with thinly sliced white nectarine.
- Finally sprinkle with dried thyme.
- Bake at 425°F for 8-12 minutes (will vary from appliance to appliance) or until the crust is golden brown.
