Ginger Beer Mocktails with Frozen Grape
- 1 1/3 cups grapes, cut in halves or quarters
- 24 ounces chilled ginger beer
- 2 limes, sliced in half for juice + 2 more for garnish
- Top with 4 sprigs fresh mint
Arrange cut grapes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Freeze for at least one hour.
Gather 4 charming mocktail glasses. Place 1/3 cup frozen grapes into each glass.
Pour ginger beer over the grapes, squeeze in ½ lime per drink, and top each glass with a sprig of mint.
Serve with spoons so everyone can scoop the soaked grape sliced from their glasses.
