Ingredients

1 (16-oz.) container cottage cheese (any variety)

2 medium Chilean mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned

3 tablespoons honey

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Mandarin orange slices for dipping

Directions

Puree cottage cheese, Chilean mandarin oranges, honey and cinnamon in a small blender until very smooth. Spoon into a bowl and serve with additional mandarin orange slices for dipping.

Smoothie Variation: Make it a smoothie by blending with a bit of orange juice.
