  • 2 slices of toast
  • 1 avocado, peeled and mashed
  • juice of ½ half lemon
  • 2 Chilean mandarins
  • 1 radish, sliced into matchstick-sized pieces
  • fresh cilantro leaves
  • flaky sea salt + ground black pepper and/or chili powder


Slather toasts with mashed avocado. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the avocado. Layer mandarin segments and radish sticks onto the avocado. Top with torn fresh herbs, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper or a smidge of chili powder.
