Kiwifruit Snack Wrap with Almond Butter and Sunflower Seeds
- 1 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup almond butter (or your nut butter of choice), room temp
- 1 tablespoon roasted salted sunflower seeds
- 5 small Chilean Kiwifruit, peeled but left whole
Lay tortilla flat on your kitchen work surface. Use an offset spatula, or butter knife, to spread almond butter over the tortilla, leaving just a bit of empty tortilla around the edges. Sprinkle crunchy sunflower seeds over the almond butter. Place kiwis in a horizontal line near the edge closest to you. Tightly roll the tortilla, burrito style, around the kiwis. Slice roll crosswise into 5-5 rounds. Serve right away.
