  • 4 Chilean kiwifruits, diced
  • 1 cup mango diced
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 1-22 jalapenos, deseeded, and chopped
  • 1/3 cup tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • flaky sea salt


  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper



Combine kiwi, mango, red onion, jalapeno and lime juice in a small bowl. Stir, season with sea salt flakes to taste and set aside.

Brush each swordfish steak with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium high heat 3-5 minutes on a side depending on thickness of the steaks.

Serve swordfish immediately topped with kiwi salsa.
