Grilled fruit? Trust us, it’s a game changer. Kiwifruit turns juicy and caramelized with just a minute or two on the heat. Use them in salads, skewers, or as a sweet-savory side.

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 firm but ripe Chilean kiwifruit
  • Olive oil (optional)

Directions

  1. Peel and slice into ½-inch rounds or wedges.
  2. Optional: lightly brush with oil.
  3. Grill on medium-high for 1–2 minutes per side.
  4. Remove gently and use warm or chilled.
