Grilled fruit? Trust us, it’s a game changer. Kiwifruit turns juicy and caramelized with just a minute or two on the heat. Use them in salads, skewers, or as a sweet-savory side.
Ingredients:
- 2–3 firm but ripe Chilean kiwifruit
- Olive oil (optional)
Directions
- Peel and slice into ½-inch rounds or wedges.
- Optional: lightly brush with oil.
- Grill on medium-high for 1–2 minutes per side.
- Remove gently and use warm or chilled.
