  • 1 cup vanilla mousse (store-bought mix)
  • ½ cup Chilean kiwifruit purée
  • Whole Chilean kiwifruit, tops trimmed and hollowed
  • Fresh blueberries for garnish

Directions

  1. Follow the directions of your store-bought mousse mix.
  2. Fold kiwifruit purée into vanilla mousse.
  3. Spoon into hollowed-out kiwifruit.
  4. Top with blueberries and serve chilled.
