Sweet, tangy, and bright, this pesto pizza is brought to life with delicious Chilean plums and nectarines. A vibrant combination that’s as tasty as it is colorful!
1 Store-bought ready-to-go pizza base
1/2 cup + 3 tbsp store bought Pesto, separated
1 Chilean plums, diced
1 Chilean nectarine, diced
1 cup ricotta
½ cup tomato-based pizza sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Evenly spread a thin layer of pesto over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle evenly with diced plum and nectarine.
- Top with dollops of ricotta.
- Bake at 425°F for 8-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- To serve, add the extra 3 tbsp pesto in dollops, and tomato pizza sauce
