BBQ Chicken Pizza with Red & Black Plum

Ingredients
Juicy Chilean red and black plums take center stage in this sweet and savory BBQ chicken pizza. This fusion of sweet and smoky flavors is sure to impress your guests!
1 Store-bought ready-to-go pizza base
2/3 cup your favorite BBQ sauce (or enough to cover your base)
2 cups grated cheese (we used a 3 cheese blend)
1 cup grilled chicken, cut into slices or bite sized pieces
1 each Chilean red & black plums, thinly sliced
Garnish with fresh basil, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Evenly spread BBQ sauce over the base.
- Continue by spreading out a layer of 3-cheese blend (or your preferred cheese).
- Place slices of grilled chicken on top of the cheese.
- Follow with placing thinly sliced black & red plums.
- Bake at 425°F for 8-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy.
