Ingredients

Sweet meets spicy in this bold and flavorful pizza, where juicy Chilean yellow nectarines add a fresh twist to a classic tikka masala base. Perfect for a quick and unique meal!

1 Store-bought ready-to-go pizza base

2/3 cup your favorite Tikka masala curry (or enough to cover your base)

1 cup grilled chicken, cut into slices or bite sized pieces

1 Chilean yellow nectarine, thinly sliced

Chilli flakes, to taste

Garnish with fresh cilantro, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Evenly spread tikka masala sauce over the base.
  3. Place slices of grilled chicken directly on top of the base.
  4. Follow with thinly sliced nectarines.
  5. Top with chili flakes based on personal spice preference.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 8-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy.
