Want to make your chicken tender, quickly? Reach for a kiwi from Chlle. Kiwis have an enzyme that naturally tenderizes meat and it is very effective. In fact, this process works quickly so we recommend that you only let you meat marinade for 10 minutes for the best result.


Peel or scoop the flesh of two kiwi and mash by hand using a fork.

Add 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place in a Ziploc bag with two servings of chicken (raw).

Let rest for 10 minutes in the fridge.

Remove chicken from bag and pat dry with paper towel.

Cook using your preferred method; either grill, fry or bake/roast.
