Savory Warm Plums & Muscat grapes
3-4 Red Plums from Chile, pit removed & cut into 6 or 8 pieces
1 tbsp butter or neutral oil
1 cup Muscat Grapes from Chile (or use red or black grapes)
Fresh Parmesan, as desired
Black pepper, to serve
Heat a cast iron pan and melt butter or heat oil. Add slices of plums and grill until lightly charred. Remove from heat and serve with fresh grapes. Garnish with slivers of fresh parmesan and black pepper.
This is such a simple idea but elevates fresh stone fruit from Chile into a beautiful side dish to serve alongside either sweet or savory dishes.
