Now move your troops to the east, towards a small town. Make sure that this place is guarded in advance, then head southeast. I definitely recommend you to use snipers here, thanks to which you will avoid sudden attacks by enemy forces. In particular, pay attention to the numerous tanks that will separate you from the northeast. Also pay attention to the artillery fire that you will become a victim of. As a result, it's good to stay in constant motion, which will make it harder for the enemy to track down your troops. Get to the landing site, destroy the new bunkers and wait until this area comes under your control.
Now you will have the opportunity to complete the first optional task (to protect the transport routes), which will not be easy, because the enemy will start attacking regularly. Do not wait for further developments, but immediately take advantage of the opportunity of the landing site you have just captured. Order the transportation of at least four infantry units. Send these groups to the nearest anti-aircraft guns. It is important that the area is already secured so that your people are not attacked and killed at the very beginning.
The trucks will appear near the starting point and head north along the path indicated on the attached map. After calling the infantry, start calling for tanks and armored personnel carriers. If possible, make sure that your units are capable of attacking enemy helicopters, so that they will provide additional support to anti-aircraft guns. Assign almost your entire army to protect the trucks. Leave a maximum of two tanks and one APC near the landing site.
