Ingredients
SALSA:
- 4 Chilean kiwifruits, diced
- 1 cup mango diced
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 1-22 jalapenos, deseeded, and chopped
- 1/3 cup tablespoons fresh lime juice
- flaky sea salt
SWORDFISH
- 4 swordfish steaks
- olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper
Directions
Combine kiwi, mango, red onion, jalapeno and lime juice in a small bowl. Stir, season with sea salt flakes to taste and set aside.
Brush each swordfish steak with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium high heat 3-5 minutes on a side depending on thickness of the steaks.
Serve swordfish immediately topped with kiwi salsa.
