Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh Chilean cherries, pitted and sliced
- 1 – 1.5 oz bourbon
- 1/2 tbs Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 lime squeezed
- Crushed ice
- Lime soda
Directions
- Pit & slice Chilean cherries. Place in an old-fashioned glass.
- Pour the bourbon, vanilla, and maple syrup over the cherries. For a mocktail, omit the bourbon.
- Squeeze lime into your drink and using a muddler, gently smash the cherries with the other liquids.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and top with lime soda. Stir, then garnish with more cherries.
