Ingredients

  • 4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 24 Chilean Mandarin orange sections
  • 1/4 cup peeled, diced Chilean kiwifruit
  • 2 tablespoons chopped honey roasted almonds*
  • 4 teaspoons honey

Directions

Place tortillas flat on a board. Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese on half of each tortilla. Place 6 Mandarin orange sections and 1 tablespoon kiwifruit on each tortilla. Sprinkle each with 1/2 tablespoon almonds and drizzle with 1 teaspoon honey. Fold over to enclose.
*May substitute toasted, slivered almonds
